For those interested in all things maple syrup :-) Sharing information on how maple sap is collected, and maple syrup is made and sold.
Due to the uncertainties in weather brought about by Mother Nature, quantities and prices may vary from year to year. Advance orders are accepted and appreciated and we will fill them in the order in which we receive them. We are truly a "Mom and Pop" organization, and Becky still has her "day job" at the Forest Service.
