As a full service travel agency, we have seen many changes in our industry throughout the years but our commitment to provide the best possible service has never wavered. This year marks our 22th year anniversary and we want to thank all our clients for their loyalty and continued support. Terms and Agreements:
Reservation and payment:
A deposit of $ per person is required.
The final payment is due 45 days prior to departure.
Full payment is due immediately for booking made within 45 days of departure.
Tour prices:
Tour packages are based on two people sharing a double room (see supplement for a single occupancy).
Groups are based on a minimum of 20 passengers traveling. If the number falls below 20 passengers, a surcharge may be imposed.
All prices are based on the current value of foreign currencies in relation to the dollar.
Tour prices are subject to change without notice.
Travel Documents:
Tour participants are required to have a passport valid for at least 6 months before the return date. It is the responsibility of the tour participants to submit valid and proper travel documentation. Non citizens should check for visa requirements.
Travel Insurance:
AV Travel provides an international Medical Protection for all tour participants. Additional coverage may be purchased such as Cancellation Insurance, Baggage Insurance and extra services.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made between 44 days to 21 days prior to tour departure are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of tour price, plus airlines' penalties.
Cancellations made within 20 days of tour departure or non-appearance are non-refundable.
50% of deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 45 days prior to departure, except for tours departing in June, July, August and December, or during special events and holidays.
Visa fees and expenses are non-refundable.
Responsibility:
AV Travel reserves the rights to modify the tour itinerary and schedule, including canceling departure, in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
If AV Travel cancels the tour any time prior to departure, AV Travel's only liability will be to refund its participants the amount received for the tour's booking.
AV Travel acts only as agent for the suppliers of transportation, accommodations, meals and other services provided to the tour participants. Neither AV Travel or its agents assume responsibility for death, personal injury, property damage and loss, or delays incurred by any person in connection with the tour or by result of any event beyond its control, including neglect, strike, war, terrorism, hostility, civil disturbance, and acts of God.
