We first started making magnetos in the 70's, after Harley-Davidson no longer offered them as stock ignitions. From the onset, we have always had a provision for retarding the spark to prevent kick-backs and ease starting. Originally, we had to re-work the same "guts" as Harley-Davidson (and others) used. They were, to say the least, crude. What has evolved into today's Morris magnetos is new and exciting, the ultimate V-Twin ignition.
