Founded in 1997 by Chris Van Vleet and Gary Lewis, our company has provided both public and private land development services. Many of the projects have been corporate office developments, industrial parks and buildings, commercial and retail center developments, institutional and mixed use developments and public works projects. We have also done hospitals, school and fire station design as well as seismic reports and retrofits. We have also designed aluminum framed tents.
Both Gary and Chris are graduates of Oregon Institute of Technology.
