Shrimp Toscano over Ciabatta Second Choice of : Brodetto Clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp, and scallops sautéed with garlic and pepperoncini, finished with white wine, touch of tomato broth and fresh basil, served with herb/garlic flat bread. Pollo Caprese Sautéed chicken medallions topped with fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato, finished with garlic, white wine, and touch of pomodoro, served with crushed potatoes.
