Our programs, which have been referred to as “life changing” by attendees, are the cutting edge in real world law enforcement training. USDSA’s nationally acclaimed training staff focuses on the tactics and concepts which are easily learned and maintained and give officers the flexibility to deal with the countless challenging situations they encounter daily.

The United States Deputy Sheriffs' Association’s core courses focus on Instinctive Hand-to-Hand Combat and Tactical Entry/Active Shooter Response. We also conduct courses on Felony/High Risk Car Stops, Basic Defensive Tactics, Survival Ground Combatives, and have presented a Use of Force/Officer Survival Mindset presentation at conferences. Our training can also be customized to meet your departmental needs.

Equipment Donations to Law Enforcement Entities

The USDSA donates much needed safety equipment to smaller, underfunded Law Enforcement entities, also at no charge to the department. This equipment includes ballistic body armor, Preliminary Breath Testers (PBT's) to combat drunk driving, traffic safety vests, first aid kits, and other safety related items. Benefit to Families of Deputies who Perish in the Line of Duty

Our organization is proud to also make a cash donation to the beneficiary of any Sheriff or Deputy who perishes in the line of duty.
