Meet your two newest Barboursville Police Officers, Jason Napier and Alex Chaffin. Jason will attend the WV State Police Academy in April. Alex comes to us as an emergency hire from the Huntington Police Department. He is fully certified and ready to hit the street in a couple weeks.
