Parents by Choice is a non-profit organization that is dedicated bringing hope and healing to children and families.
Through our Positive Parenting Program, we offer free groups at a variety of locations throughout San Joaquin County. In these groups, families can gain skills and knowledge to reduce stress and better manage difficult behavior.

Through our Foster Family Agency, we: -Provide services, care, and a home for children who have been removed from their parent’s custody due to abuse and/or neglect.
-Give biological families a chance to heal, grow, and develop.
-Strengthen foster families, so that children can grow up in safe, nurturing homes.
-Connect children and youth to foster families who may become “forever families” when reunification with the child’s birth parents or next of kin is not possible.
