Dale's Seasoning was the "House Marinade" at Dale's Restaurants, which were founded in Birmingham, Alabama in 1946. Around 1970, a very limited amount of grocery stores began stocking Dale's Seasoning in the Birmingham area. Since then, dale's distribution has grown to over 10,000 grocery stores and more are being added on a regular basis thanks to our loyal customers.
Dale's Seasoning is a unique blend of soy sauce and exotic spices that enhance the flavor of beef, pork, lamb, poultry, seafood, wild game and even vegetables. Dale's is highly concentrated and does not require long marinating.
