We have 5 floor plans to choose from: Studio, Alcove, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom-2 bath & 2 Bedroom-2 bath. There are no elevators so you and your loved ones can enjoy the peace of mind and convenience of single story living. Our hallways are spacious to provide ease of access for wheelchairs, walkers and motorized carts. We provide three delicious, home cooked meals daily, served restaurantstyle in the dinning room. There are three complimentary, convenient laundry facilities located throughout the building. Here at Charles Gardens we offer FREE; Weekly housekeeping, Scheduled Transportation, Medication and move-in services. And of course the friendly staff and family atmophere are always FREE! We have 24-hour staffing and emergency call systems in each room. All utilites are included (except telephone and cable). Each room has individully controlled in-room thermostat for heating and cooling. All apartments include: Kitchen, private bath, sliding glass door to patio, ceiling fan/light and we have handicap bathrooms available.
