HISTORY Owner Steve Ferguson first got involved in the plumbing industry when he returned home from the United States Navy after serving in Vietnam. He went to work for his uncle Jack Ferguson, owner of Jevons Plumbing in Berkeley (a family owned business since 1924). After working for his uncle as a licensed journeyman plumber for 15 years, Steve bought Jevons Plumbing from his Uncle and became the Owner/Operator along with the love of his life and wife Sandy. They successfully operated Jevons Plumbing for the next 14 years. In 1998 in an effort to grow their business and provide unsurpassed customer service Steve and Sandy bought the Mr. Rooter Franchise that they are successfully running today. Since becoming Part of the Mr. Rooter family, Steve and Sandy's business has grown tremendously.
