Soho Salon reatains a staff which includes five levels of professionals:
Level 1: In addition to training in a state accredited cosmetology school, our Level 1 Designers have completed Soho Salon's Intern Program and demonstrate the skills required to meet our clients' expectations.
Level 2: Our Level 2 Designers are continuously building their skill set, refining techniques and expanding on their creativity. They regularly attend in-house and off-site educational events. Their hard work and dedication has advanced them to this level.
Level 3: Our Level 3 Designers have been perfecting their skills for many years. While having attended in-house and off-site education, they possess at least one color and cutting certification. Level 3 Designers have received excellent ratings in client satisfaction.
Level 4: Our Level 4 Designers have many years of experience in the industry and have met all of the previous level requirements. As a result, they exceed the industry standard in client satisfaction and retention. They are expected to mentor fellow Designers while exhibiting the qualities of an ideal leader. In addition to having experience as educators, Level 4 Designers maintain multiple certifications and have editorial and fashion event experience.
