Congratulations to Andrew Steinberg of Newton, Mass., for winning The American Legion's 80th National High School Oratorical Contest and an $18,000 scholarship. Robyn Anzulis of Woodbine, Md., placed second with a $16,000 scholarship; and Chad Durante of Follansbee, W. Va., placed third with a $14,000 scholarship.
