La Quinta Rental Homes

The La Quinta Resort Spa Villas were built between 1999-2000. They are a total of 99 Turn Key Furnished, Single Family Residences ranging from a one bedroom with 934sf to a three bedroom with approximately 2400 sf. built within the La Quinta Resort. Their unique, highly desirable characteristic is that the owners can elect to participate in the La Quinta Resort nightly Rental Program. This program enables the owners to enjoy the luxurious amenties of the Resort with an income offset that is unparalleled.

There are 14 Plan One's built above the parking structures with huge front facing magnificent view have one master suite and two full baths. The sitting area has a pull out sofa for guest accommodations.

The Plan Two's, 38 in number, are Two Story with two suite "lock off" capabilities. This means that if the villa is in the Hotel's Rental Program, two separate parties can rent each portion of the villa at the same time. There are two king bed suites one down and one up each with living/sitting area that have pull out sofas to increase guest accommmodation.

The downstairs suite is complete with kitchen, King Master Suite, living room with pullout sofa, closeted stacked washer/dryer,and two outdoor patios. There are Two "lock off" units located upstairs. One has a King Suite feature with sitting area and pull out sofa. The other has a Double Queen Suite with sitting area and pull out upstairs units have outstanding full size patios with stunning Mountain & Resort Views. This is the Largest of all the Spa Villa Plans.

The Plan Four's are a single story two bedroom three full bath with approximately 1700 sf. of interior living space. There are two generous sized patios for each "lock off". There were a total of 27 built on the property.
