Youth & Family's outreach programs:

Access allows for a safe and healthy exchange of children between court ordered parents.

Adoption Home Studies provide home studies for private adoptions.

Community Accountability Board (CAB) meets with families to address truancy.

Community At-Risk Services (CARS) provides counseling for juvenile delinquents referred by the Juvenile Services Unit.

Children of Divorce is a seminar that helps divorcing parents understand the importance of doing what is best for the children.

Don't Give Up is a six-week summer program for youth ages 10-14. Games, activities, and weekly outings promote positive behaviors.

Family Builders is a 12-week parenting program that helps parents improve communication and discipline skills.

Family Counseling provides counseling services for families.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are volunteers who are appointed by a judge for children involved in confirmed cases of child abuse and/or neglect.

Hope House is a 24-hour emergency shelter for children ages birth to 18. It is a safe haven for children without a home.

Individual counseling provides counseling services for individuals.

The Municipal Offender Program coordinates sites for juveniles with municipal charges to complete community service hours.

School-Based counselors provide group and individual counseling in area schools.

Streetwise (First Time Offender Program) is an eight-week program for youth in trouble, designed to help them make better choices. A parent must attend, as well.

Supervised Visits provide a safe environment for non-custodial parent visitation.
