Centennial BOCES -- the acronym stands for Board of Cooperative Educational Services -- includes 14 school districts across northern and northeastern Colorado.
BOCES provides school districts with resources and services they may otherwise not be able to afford on their own, especially rural districts. Some examples of those services include:
Special Education Alternative Teacher Licensing Migrant Education Grant Writing Homeless Services Runaway Youth Services and much much more
BOCES' funding comes from participating school districts and grants and contracts from private, state and federal entities.
Centennial BOCES is one of 19 in the state. There are about 39,000 students in Centennial BOCES' boundaries.
