The Zia Symbol embodies the challenge of living a harmonious life. The four branches on each side represent the four seasons, four times of day, four stages of life, and the four cardinal directions. The circle that holds the branches together represents the continual challenge of living a balanced life. As we move through life, we strive to enhance the larger four branches; physical health, mental health, spiritual health, and providing for others.
