The Partnership for Children of Johnston County is a non-profit organization that administers State Smart Start and NC Pre-K funds in Johnston County. These funds along with private donations allow us to provide programs and services for families and young children in Johnston County.
The Partnership for Children funds projects to help Johnston County children enter school healthy and ready to succeed. Our services are targeted for children 0-5 and their families and include making sure child care is of high quality, affordable and accessible to those who need it, as well as health services and resources for family support.
