something fun to check out this weekend
Shop local & meet Tucson’s independent designers, makers & shops at our first ever SPRING pop-up market on Saturday, May 20th from 10am-4pm. Join us at "The FLASH" - 832 S. 6th Ave., where, for one day only, we’ll take over & reimagine an unused space to fill it with a pop-up market consisting of local goods, a floral shop, a coffee shop, and a community gathering space! Early Bird Hours tickets special access to the market from 8am-10am available at We're happy to continue pouring back into the community by donating a percentage of all markets sales to local non-profits in our community. The spotlight non-profit for this market is CommunityShare. We're also excited to offer food & coffee options while you shop from: 5 Points Market & Restaurant, Purple Tree Organic Açai Blends, Presta Coffee Roasters, Tucson Fat Noodle, and more. Full vendor list available at This event is free, family-friendly & open to the public. Sorry, no pets. We do our best to accommodate dogs, but are unable to do so at this location. Most vendors will accept both cash & card, but bring cash just to be safe. Street parking is free and available in the areas surrounding the market. Please be respectful of local residents and avoid blocking driveways. Thank you to Central Barrio Development, LLC for providing the space for this market; to our sponsors who make this event free to the community: Downtown Tucson Partnership, Peach Properties HM, Inc., Southwest Urban Realty & Development, Susan Denis, Realtor Specializing in Tucson's Historic Homes & UA area, TCI Foundation; and to our media sponsors Creative Tucson, KXCI Community Radio, Territory Magazine, and Zocalo Magazine: Tucson.

Barb's Frame Of Mind shared People's Climate March - Tucson Chapter's event.
Come celebrate the unity and beauty of the community we unified through the People's Climate March in Tucson in April with a showing of the lovely, witty, and potent signs that were carried in the march. Cafe Passe offers a great community gathering space, indoors and out, with food, coffee, beer, and wine for sale. Bring your spirit of protest and celebration--and bring your friends for this fun evening!
