We are a unique private practice who specializes in 1:1 rehabilitation for both the neurological (age 13+) and senior population (all diagnoses) provided in the home, assisted living, or adult day care under their OUTPATIENT benefits. No more bad weather to worry about, being lost in the shuffle of a busy practice, or no transportation to get to bring therapy to you.
We also offer a private maintenance program in the home after goals have been met, in adjunct to current services, or when insurance no longer covers services.
