Pleasant Hills Saddle Shop is the Midwest’s largest retailer of Western and English apparel and tack.

Over 40 years ago Pleasant Hill’s Saddle Shop was founded by Russell and Patricia Grosser. Pleasant Hills Saddle Shop was started on the Grosser Family Ranch (Pleasant Hills Ranch) located in what was then known as the city of “Osseo”, in Minnesota. In the early 60's, Russ and Pat Grosser with their four children, packed up and moved Northwest. They purchased a ranch, and began raising and showing horses. The ranch's location, high on a hill with plenty of open spaces, soon became a pleasant weekend retreat for friends and relatives. Thus giving the ranch the name "Pleasant Hills Ranch". Recognizing the rapidly growing horse community, Russ and Pat saw the need for a complete Western & English store to serve the horse owner. With this solid foundation, Pleasant Hills opened it's doors in 1969 and has grown to become an industry leader with two complete and well stocked retail stores.


Today Pleasant Hills Saddle Shop has two physical locations in Minnesota. One store located north of the Twin Cities Metro area, in Rogers and another store located south of the Twin Cities Metro area, in Lakeville. Both stores inventory a wide selection of products and services for the Country Western enthusiast, as well as the Western and English rider and horse owner. The inventories offer a wide selection of products including boots, hats, gifts, and apparel, as well as Western and English tack and horse care products.


Pleasant Hills Saddle Shops offer many services to include, hat steaming, cleaning and re-shaping, boot and shoe repair, leather repair and custom leather work.
