"Mon Amie” means ‘my friend,’ in French of course, and the idea for our bakery began with a love for baking, coffee, and France.
Here in Mill Creek, our staff is professionally trained and very passionate about baking French breads and pastries. We use the finest and freshest local ingredients and prepare daily batches of breads, puff pastries, cakes, assorted cookies, scones, and macarons. We also have delicious sandwiches made from fresh croissants and baguettes, tasty salads, and hearty soups, all made from scratch.
We are also very confident you will love our slow roasted, local gourmet coffee, provided by Pegasus (established in 1979). The founder and roaster of Pegasus coffee, David Dessinger, meticulously chooses the best coffee beans, and roasts from Bainbridge Island. He has been diligent about this the past 32 years, and will not settle for less!
