Northern Design Works was established in 2003 and serves clients throughout Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
The principal-owner of Northern Design Works is Rich Uren. Rich has extensive experience with a variety of commercial, residential, and historic projects. This experience includes all phases of the architectural design process, bidding, and construction administration. This experience also includes extensive education and practical experience in the structural design of wood, concrete, masonry, and steel structural systems.
