Reminder of location change: we are hosting one of the four spring Iowa Legislative Forums the Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency Learning Center (729 21st Street in Bettendorf) on Saturday, March 11 from 10:30 to 12 p.m. Iowa state representatives and senators have been invited to attend the forums which are free and open to the public. Forums are a great opportunity for the public to speak directly with their elected officials and have their questions answered. More info below, see you there!

Thank you to Kathy Bartling and Glenda Trettin from the Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency who spoke to two PVHS classes: Caring for Exceptional Children and Child Health, Safety and Nutrition. They spoke about their work at the AEA identifying children with disabilities and working with families to help children with special needs. They also spoke about identifying health, safety and nutrition development of young children.
