Comment Policy:
The purpose of James City County’s presence on social media is to present matters of public interest in James City County for its residents, businesses, and visitors. We encourage you to submit your questions, comments, and concerns, but please note this is a moderated online discussion site.

Once posted, the County reserves the right to delete the following kinds of submissions:

• promote particular services, commercial products, or political organizations;

• infringe on copyrights or trademarks

• personally identifiable medical information;

• information that may compromise the safety, security or proceedings of public systems or any criminal or civil investigations.

Decisions regarding the restriction or deletion of content will be made by the Communications Director with consultation from the County Attorney.
