Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 We try to accommodate our patient’s needs so after hours and Saturday appointments are available upon request. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. If this is your first visit with us, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the necessary forms. For your convenience, we also have included these forms (medical history, patient information, consent, and HIPAA) on our web site. You can complete them prior to your visit and bring them with you to eliminate the early arrival
