Since 1937 the Phillips family has been innovating convenience for our customers. A small machine shop has evolved through four generations into an updated, short to long run metal stamping facility capable of production up to 176 tons. Our perseverance through several tribulations has forged Phillips into a well-oiled and more focused machine than ever before. Continually adapting to the metal fabrication industry’s ever changing requirements, our ISO9001:2008 w/o design certification assures your specifications and expectations will be delivered on-time, every time.

Being a Women Owned Small Business, Phillips would like the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to providing you quality prototypes, tooling, blanks, forms and fastener-to-metal assemblies from ferrous, non-ferrous or plastic materials. Additional needs such as laser cutting, plating and coatings can be handled by our long-standing relationships with our reliable vendors. Rest easy because you have chosen the Phillips family to supply your metal fabrication requirements.

CEO/President: Wilda L Phillips literally has been counting her pennies since 1964 when she and her husband “Bill” took over the business after his father’s passing. Luckily, her experience as office manager in two retail stores and “top national salesperson” at Bond Clothing gave her the confidence to seek an investment opportunity when it presented itself. In addition to operating a successful Women Owned Small Business, she has volunteered as Quota International’s Treasurer for six years. As if that wasn’t enough to keep a mother of three busy she enlisted as Vice President of the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary –Akron and is still an active member after 25 years.

Vice President: Craig W Phillips grew up in his grandfather’s machine shop and was employed before he could legally drive. Attending Akron University in 1970 and pursuing his vocational training at the Barberton Machining Center, his educational journey didn’t end there. Additional sales courses under Fred Pryor and Dale Carnegie earned recognition as “Best Speaker in Class”. Craig was elevated to Vice President in 1991.
