This 4-Ingredient Recipe is all Texas (and pure deliciousness). INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs 3 slices bacon 1 slices cheddar cheese 2 slices Mrs Baird's® Large Bread (plus pickled jalapenos for garnish if desired) INSTRUCTIONS Cover baking sheet in aluminum foil and place bacon on sheet. Insert the pan into an unheated oven, set oven temperature to 400 degrees, and then set the timer for 20 minutes. While bacon is cooking, crack eggs in a bowl and whisk, adding in salt and pepper if desired. With 5 minutes left until bacon is cooked, heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp of butter or olive oil, and pour eggs in pan. Using a spatula, move eggs around, folding softly to cook the eggs. Toast the bread and when bacon is done, remove from oven. Once eggs are nearly cooked, add slice of cheddar cheese on top and let heat until cheese is melted over eggs. Place egg and cheese mixture on top of one bread slice, cover with bacon and sprinkle jalapenos over bacon, then fold other bread slice on top to complete the sandwich. Yippee ki YUM!
