The NGC program is designed to specifically meet the needs of each individual gymnast novice to advanced. Our objective is to provide the safest instruction for girls and boys using the finest equipment and facilites possible. NGC prepares the gymnast through a logical progression of skills for maximum development of each student. We maintain a balance of fun but, still provide a learning experience. Through the development of mind and body, each gymnast will find enjoyment in expressing his or her own personality while increasing strength flexibility, coordination and self-esteem. Ruth and Karl have been Gymnastic Educators for thirty seven years. They have coached and developed many young gymnasts thru State, Regional and National Championships. Ruth and Karl have been actively involved in the USA Gymnastics Olympic Developmental Program for all age-group levels. The Kopecky’s were also the first National Safety Certifiers for the Gymnastic Safety Assoc. (USGSA). Through their combined backgrounds and efforts, they have coordinated a positive learning experience for the gymnast at NGC.
