I am Phil Ly, the president of TIC Software.

I started this company in 1983 after working for four years in technical support and software development at Tandem Computers (now part of HP NonStop).


My original vision was to provide a broad range of solutions, including design and development consulting services, specifically designed for NonStop server mission-critical applications.

That vision was later expanded to include software products for NonStop to our offerings. As technology has evolved over the years, so have our customers’ needs—and we’ve responded accordingly.

Today, we provide customers with tools to integrate their NonStop servers with Email, Web, SOAP, content management systems, and other newer technologies.

TIC Software customers represent a variety of industries, among them finance, healthcare, commercial, and banking. Our customers always receive personal attention and are extremely loyal in return. Western Union was our first customer back in 1983, and they’re still with us today.
