Welcome to Southern Hills Riding Academy, Inc. managed by Kim and Doug Dyer. We have been teaching the English forward hunt seat and the classical dressage seat to students in Tulsa and now Glenpool since 1994. We are very active in Recognized Horse Trials also known as Eventing. We host schooling shows in Okemah on our 40 acre show grounds and in our 300’ by 150’ indoor riding arena. Our students come to us with a variety of riding abilities; both children or adults who have never been on a horse to those who are accomplished riders, but wish to continue to improve their skills. We have consistently had kids qualify for the American Eventing Championships, and many finishing in the top 3!
We are a full service boarding facility that offers lessons, camps, showing, training, and we have horses for sale at our Okemah facility.
