Cafe Europa

Café Europa is located on 319 high street in downtown Portsmouth. This establishment has been here for the past 28 years, and allows their customers to indulge in a wonderful selection of Mediterranean dishes. The owner Michael Simko is from Czechoslovakia and can also be known as the head chef in the kitchen. His artistry in cooking has been displayed in local newspapers and magazines as not only one of the top restaurants in Hampton Roads, but for having the best Veal as well. You can find his name mentioned in the Virginian Pilot and Hampton Roads Magazine to name a few.
