Milestones Clinical and Health Resources is a not-for-profit, certified outpatient mental health clinic specializing in providing care to children and adolescents and individuals with disabilities of all With over 20 years of experience, we provide a unique combination of behavioral and therapeutic approaches to address the mental health needs and provide comprehensive emotional care for each of our clients.
Milestones is a division of Stone Belt, an organization that has gained community recognition for our experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and children since 1958.
Formed in 2000, Milestones Clinical & Health Resources has grown to serve more than 3,000 children, adults, adolescents and families annually through a variety of traditional and innovative services.
What sets Milestones apart is our unique team approach to care. Each client becomes part of a team of psychiatrists, masters-level therapists, counselors, clinical social workers, nurses and behaviorists. This approach ensures that clients receive a continuum of high-quality of care.
Our professional staff, including two board certified psychiatrists, and masters-level therapists, behaviorists, clinical social workers and nurses, offers a wide range of supports to our clients including psychiatric assessments, medication evaluation, play therapy, individual, group and family therapy and behavioral support and therapy. Milestones has offices in Monroe and Lawrence counties. However, the majority of outpatient services are offered in the Adams Street office in Bloomington. Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm. Behaviorists provide 24-hour on-call services.
