We offer a variety of services that are designed to help producers receive the best price for their livestock. Combinations of all auction services held by the company made it one of the largest marketers of livestock in the state.
Livestock Auctions: Fayetteville, TN – Auction each Tuesday Columbia, TN – Cattle Auctions each Wednesday Columbia, TN – Sheep and Goat Auctions on the second and fourth Monday of each month
Video Auction: Hosted once a month from our home office in Columbia, TN, this sale markets cattle from Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Alabama. The sale is streamed live online for buyer convenience. Auctions like this allow us to maintain a competitive bid for livestock across the state and beyond.
Order Buying: We have relationships with cattle feeders, stockers and grazers in the north, Midwest and upper Midwest. These relationships convert to over 13,000 head of livestock bought and shipped on their behalf, thus adding strength to our markets.
Genetics Division: 1.) Assist members in selection of quality herd sires that will help producers balance performance and carcass traits in their herds. 2.) The division helps coordinate cattle with the Tennessee Beef Alliance allowing small to mid size producers to sell load lots of genetically similar animals. 3.) Whole herd management programs are another service offered to our members. 4.) Replacement heifer development – We develop over 200 high quality heifers annually. These heifers, of known quality genetics, are bred to top sires and offered for sale in Tennessee and the region. These heifers help improve the quality and reputation of the regions cattle.
We work closely with the Tennessee Department of Ag and the University of Tennessee to promote the Tennessee Beef Cattle Initiative and Beef Quality Assurance Programs. We also promote production based research by working with the University of TN Research and Education Centers on a variety of projects.
