Terentino’s Catering is a Seattle story. Based in the Magnolia neighborhood for more than 20 years, Terentino's offers a fresh, seasonal taste of Washington with influences of flavor and styles from Mediterranean cuisine.
Chef and owner Terry Harris, a Yakima native, is uniquely inspired by her international travels. Her cooking blends tastes, ingredients and surprises from around the globe. Terry began her business over 25 years ago after being inspired by her experience in San Francisco, where she worked as a catering manager for five years. She had the exciting experience of living in Florence, Italy for one year as a college student, where she enjoyed s experiencing the fine cuisine of Italy and traveled throughout Europe tasting the tantalizing dishes of the world, which continue to inspire her today. Terry collects spices and recipes from around the world to share back at home with the community that’s come to call on her in the Pacific Northwest.
