Advanced Precision Machining (APM) is a manufacturing facility like no other, able to serve a wide range of industries with our milling and machining capabilities. In business since 2005, our Colorado machine shop has tripled in size and sales capacity, and we continue to expand by meeting our client’s needs for precision parts and components delivered accurately, on-time and on-budget. Our team of certified CNC machinists have built their reputation on delivering comprehensive precision manufacturing services – from blueprint and prototyping to machining parts and final inspection.

Equipped with the latest in cutting-edge machine shop technology from suppliers such as Mitutoyo, Doall, Hurco, ProtoTRAK, Southwestern Industries, Yama-Seki and more, our veteran staff provides CNC milling, turning, prototype development and full production runs in our state of the art facility. We’re able to machine steels, composite materials, exotic metals, aluminum and plastics using mills and lathes in addition to wire electric discharge machining (EDM) methods. For a great finished look, or to enhance functionality, APM offers part finishing applications such as plating, anodizing, powder coating and more. We maintain the highest standards of professionalism and quality in order to ensure our clients are completely satisfied.

Born and raised in Ireland, Gerry was ranked #1 in the Irish National Apprentice Program before making his home in Colorado in 2000. In 2005, he partnered with Kirk, a Seattle native who worked in job shops for fourteen years making primarily Boeing Aerospace Co. parts before moving to Colorado in 2001. Together they launched Advanced Precision Machining. Both Gerry and Kirk are certified in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and have over forty years of combined experience in machining.
