Hudson Meats was established in 1969. We’re located in the heart of downtown Austin, just down the street from the Texas State Capital. We produce a variety of smoked sausages and meat snacks for food service and retail customers. We also offer custom processing services to the Texas hunters. Just as the early pioneers succeeded in the Texas Hill Country by remaining flexible and adaptable, Hudson Meats has managed to bring traditional recipes and products into the modern age of meat production.
