Peak Fitness Inc. (“Peak”) is a locally owned business, founded in 1996, which began operations in 1998 and now has two locations in the Rockford area. Peak Fitness is located at 4304 East State Street in Rockford IL 61108, (815) 398-7300 and Peak Sports Club on 4401 Peak Drive in Loves Park IL 61111, (815) 877-4401.
The Peak Sports Club facility, opened in late 2007, is larger in size of the two and also includes both an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna’s and steam rooms. With activities for all age groups there are a variety programs for families. The Les Mills Born to Move™ is the latest!
Both Peak locations are conveniently located, open 24 hours a day, offer full service gym and fitness facilities, free weight and circuit training equipment and instruction, a vast array of aerobic and cardio equipment, basketball courts, personal trainers and a whole lot more. Day care is provided at both locations. Group fitness classes are included free with membership.
The Peak mission is to provide the ultimate PEAK experience in an energy-infused facility with a wide range of equipment and services with a focus on making fitness fun for the entire family.
Members can enjoy one of the many services available at Peak. They can choose a personal trainer, take a 15 minute vacation in the tan spa or even have a child’s birthday party at Peak.
