Thanks to a 14-year-old's heroics, Lucky the cat is alive after he was thrown from the back of a truck on the freeway. Gavin literally stopped traffic to save Lucky from falling off a bridge. The cat was taken to BluePearl in Grand Rapids, MI for treatment to his injured nails, but is doing well. To top it all off, a good Samaritan picked up the tab for Lucky's care. Way to go, Gavin!
GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Rocko is no longer the only man of the house, because there's a new cat in town named Lucky. "I thought of the name lucky because it is lucky to not be hit by a car on the highway," 14-year-old Gavin Orlowski said.
