We make all our fine chocolates, fudges, truffles and turtles in small batches to ensure freshness. We use all natural and local products whenever possible. Our fudge recipes originated in 1887 on Mackinac Island, MI. We still table cream the fudge the traditional way. We use an all natural chocolate from Peter’s Chocolates; who created the recipe for milk chocolate.
