Fairbanks Excavation has been involved in many private residential and commercial projects in Larimer and Boulder Counties since 1982. Bill Fairbanks, the owner of the company, has been working on excavation projects in these areas since 1977.

Over the years we have developed an unparalleled reputation in Estes Park and the surrounding areas for our knowledge in all phases of excavation. Our capabilities are strong and we can meet the demands of just about any earthwork project: commercial sites, government sites, residential communities, private homes, utilities, blasting, landscaping, and roadwork.

We specialize in services that call for skilled machine work, including sewer mains, water mains, lift stations, septic systems, demolition, and even pouring and hand-shaping manhole bases.

Some of our more recognizable projects in the Estes Valley include the Estes Park Visitor Center, the Safeway Fuel Station, many residential neighborhoods, and projects within Rocky Mountain National Park and the YMCA of the Rockies.
