Our department provides design, implementation, and maintenance services for Office Networks, including PC's, Networks, and Servers. Our unique Rapid Business Recovery service provides businesses with a packaged solution that insures their Information Technology systems will always be available. We also have an in-house Copy Shop that offers the lowest prices in the Valley on color, monochrome, and engineering copies.

Before you hang up the phone your service call is logged by one of our local customer service representatives. It can then be tracked by call-in time, response time, and time spent on the service call. Calls can also be staged by priority in Dispatch Central for High, Medium, and Low priority, to speed up response time for a down machine or an important customer. If a part is needed for your machine the Service Rep can not only check stock at VBM but can also check the car stock of all 7 of our local technicians to speed up the repair process.
