Beginning operation under the name CVT Equipment Leasing in 1991, the company merged into IMS in 1992 and was incorporated in 1996. Then with the start of IMS’ Service Mark, Quik Cash 24, President and CEO Neil Johnson pioneered ATM sales and services as one of the first independent (non-bank) providers in the industry.

IMS is now one of the largest independent deployers of ATMs in the United States. Our expertise and experience allows us to handle all aspects of ATM placement—sales, location, and installation. We also manage all distribution, location, and processing agreements.
