The Tire Pros of Clearlake franchise is now managed by Steve Jensen. Opened as of Aug 24 with a Grand Re-opening October 10, Jensen and new owner Scott Silveira bring sixteen years of experience with them to Clearlake.
“We are both very excited to bring what we feel is a customer centric approach to the county.” New owner Silveira & Steve Jensen previously worked side by side and share the same mindset - that customers always need to be educated about their cars and be treated like family. Although there are plenty of shops that do a great job of repairing a vehicles, our goal is to educate customers on how to prevent major repairs by preventative maintenance, while executing superior customer service throughout.
While the Tire Pros franchise is known best for tires, Tire Pros Clearlake will also be doing full automotive repair. The staff includes ASE-certified technicians and has the experience to handle any automotive issue.
Jensen & Silveira will be taking over Tire Pros in Clearlake. They both share the same vision of what “good” looks like and will make sure each and every customer comes away from their experience at Tire Pros with the feeling that a true relationship is being forged between the customer and their chosen home for tires and auto repair.
