Our office is located at 8455 Hwy 85 Bldg. 200 Suite L, Riverdale GA 30274-5115 and we are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the Office of Georgia Department of Community Health/Healthcare facility Regulation Department.
