Fresno New Connections (FNC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit certified by the State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), certification No. 100039AN to provide outpatient alcohol and/or other drug treatment services. All of our treatment staff are registered/certificated Addiction Treatment Counselors as recognized by the State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). FNC has strong collaborative relations with numerous service providers within Fresno County and is contracted with the Fresno County Department of Social Services, Cal Works, and the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse Services. We are Medi-cal certified, accept most major insurances and provide a reasonable fee-scale for private-pay customers. Our offices are centrally located on the west side of Cedar Ave. between Ashlan and Gettysburg Avenues, accessible from Freeways 41 and 168 and on the FAX bus line. In addition to our SUD services, we also provide Batterers Intervention (Domestic Violence) services as well as Anger Management services for adults and adolescents.
