Charles Reams began his career in personal injury and litigation as an insurance defense and plaintiff personal injury attorney in 1983, alongside his father Warren Reams who was also the Public Administrator of the 21st Judicial District of Colorado. In 1991, Mr. Reams was appointed the position of Public Administrator and his probate practice has expanded since that time. Since his bar admittance in 1983, Mr. Reams has specialized in the administration and litigation of decedent's estates, protective proceedings including guardianship and conservatorship matters, personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

Zachary Reams, shareholder of Reams & Reams, is a lifetime resident of Grand Junction. He was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2013. He received his Juris Doctorate at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Before law school, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University with an emphasis in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Before his career as an attorney, Zachary Reams worked for the Colorado Division of Wildlife and the Colorado Natural Heritage Program as a GIS Analyst, mapping wildlife and wetlands across the State of Colorado.

His field of practice primarily focuses on probate and trust law with emphasis in litigation. Zachary Reams was appointed the Deputy Public Administrator of the 21st Judicial District of Colorado in 2015.
