Ravines Wine Cellars is located in Geneva, New York. Ravines has two Tasting Room locations that are open year round. The Hammondsport Tasting Room overlooks Keuka Lake and our brand new Neo-rustic style Tasting Room on Seneca Lake in Geneva is housed in the granary of a renovated barn overlooking the White Springs Vineyard.
Ravines winemaker Morten Hallgren uses only grapes grown in the Finger Lakes to produce dry wines with delicate complexity. Paired with chocolates from Hedonist Artisan Chocolates of Rochester and gourmet cheeses from local cheese makers, Ravines offers the ultimate wine and food pairing experience.
In addition, the recently opened Ravinous Kitchen, located at our Keuka Lake Tasting Room in Hammondsport, offers incredible culinary creations from Morten's wife, Lisa. The kitchen can be rented out for parties or weddings with a beautiful lakeside setting.
