We specifically target people with memory loss caused by Alzheimer's, stroke or other conditions (all ages) and older people who are at risk. Our Memory Center – in a brand new space and including a new program for people in the early stage of memory loss - offers a variety of activities determined by the individual's needs - Movement Therapy, a writing group, music, exercise, art, discussions, field trips, and a caring staff in a warm, safe setting.
We also offer services such as support groups, informational workshops, and counseling, for people who are caring for someone with memory loss.
Additional services include Riverstone Senior Center serving lunch at 12:00 and Open Door, a daily program for older adults with a developmental disability.
All programs are conducted in both Spanish and English.
