Wayne Memorial Health System includes Wayne Memorial Hospital, a 98-bed acute-care hospital founded in 1920 in the heart of Honesdale, Wayne County, Pennsylvania. The hospital offers state-of-the-art emergency care, radiology, inpatient services, birthing suites, a cast care clinic, same-day surgery and an additional 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, a partnership with the renowned Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. The Health System also includes outpatient imaging and rehabilitation facilities, Home Health and Hospice care, two long-term care homes, Wayne Woodlands Manor and Wayne Delaware Manor, Wayne Memorial Health Foundation, and a clinical affiliate, Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC).


WMCHC offers an extensive network of outpatient services: primary care clinics, behavioral health, dental care for all ages and women’s health (ob/gyn). Locations: Honesdale, Waymart, Hamlin, Lords Valley, Lake Como, Milford.
